Yuga Labs Unauthorized Use of “Wolf Skull” Logo for NFT BAKC Easy Drawing Tutorial

The logo for the NFT Bored Ape Kennel Club (BAKC) collection owned by Yuga Labs appears to be used without copyright or permission from the artist.

The resemblance was first noticed by a Twitter user on Friday, and has since been acknowledged by the creator of the original image, Easy Drawing Tutorial, and Yuga Labs co-founder Greg Solano (“Gargamel”). forward.

Yuga Labs hired a freelancer to create the design of the logo, according to Solano, adding that as part of the meeting, Yuga Labs contacted the freelancer and Easy Drawing Tutorial to investigate alleged intellectual property violations .
