Accordingly, the special benefits of holding NFT “Masked Singer Stars” will include viewing exclusive content, such as behind-the-scenes or non-public interview scenes of this season’s contestants.

“Mask Singer” fans will have the opportunity to purchase NFTs by scanning a QR code, then participate in voting for the contestants they think will make it to the next round. The gameshow producer says the NFTs will cost around $50 with a limited supply of just 1050 NFTs.

The move by Fox and Blockchain Creative Labs is one of the best examples of a Hollywood media company leveraging its existing brand popularity into the Web3. Fox’s strategy is expected to increase both fan engagement and monetization of one of its flagship intellectual properties.

The Masked Singer is an American hit TV show, ranked as one of the top game shows for 4 years in a row. Each episode of the show recorded an average of over 7 million viewers from multiple platforms. The show is currently airing until its 9th season.
