The Shiba Inu (SHIB) development team has announced a new update on the progress of the Shiba Inu Metaverse.
The post highlighted some key developments in key areas – including the creation of a new design for an upcoming hub, a revised metaverse roadmap, and changes to the team’s internal structure. This update demonstrates the team’s commitment to developing and improving the project.

The SHIB team created a new Twitter account to update users on the progress of the project. The account has attracted more than 5,600 followers and recently posted a contest in which lucky entrants will be awarded 10 plots of land.
Based on the team’s progress, they expressed confidence that users will have access to multiple hubs in Metaverse by the end of 2023. Once Metaverse is available, users can create different projects and participate in various activities of the center.
“While each development takes time, the MV team believes that by the end of 2023, users will have the opportunity to explore multiple areas of this wondrous world where they can build, design, play and grow.”
The SHIB team has clarified that access to all parts of the Metaverse may not be granted by the end of 2023 – as some areas may still be under development. However, the team has confirmed that they will provide users with a large number of pivots and optimization tools to start building projects immediately.
The team didn’t say which specific hubs will be available later this year. The metaverse of Shiba Inu consists of 11 centers such as Wagmi TempleRyo Plaza, Tech Trench, Canyon and Rocket Pond.
A major upgrade for the Shiba Inu
The team reported a major upgrade to SHIB: Metaverse’s development infrastructure — promising a richer user experience through immersive features.
In addition, the team also provided development updates for the first version of several toolkits in Metaverse. – Includes Story Generator, Game Generator, and Avatar Generator.
