According to the personal Twitter share of the developer terence.eth, the Sepolia test network has successfully deployed the Shanghai upgrade, also known as Shapella. However, the developer also said that there are some problems with old client versions.

The Ethereum Foundation post shared, the name “Shapella” is a combination of “Shanghai” (upgraded version of Execution) and “Cappella” (upgraded version of Consensus) ).
